Newcastle Island/Saystushun has long been a significant place in the traditional territory of Snuneymuxw First Nation. Today this Jewel In The Harbour is a beautiful park with walking trails, beaches and the historic Pavilion. Learn about the island, culture and plant life during the 1.5hour cultural walking tour with traditional story telling. After the tour enjoy a the Salmon BBQ feast with salmon cooked in the tradition way over a pit fire.

The Hub City Triathlon Club in partnership with VI Endurance is pleased to present this year’s Splash & Dash race series. This year there will be 5 races in the series. Swim and run distances change with each race.
